Wow, this Pug is so talented. I am inspired to teach Porky some more tricks. Brownie, the boy diva who loves to dress up and be pampered, only knows how to look cute. Porky can sit, lay down, stay, fetch, bow, jump, crawl, and catch (his biggest achievement thus far). What can you Pugs do?

The Pugs were out sniffing and did not want to come back in. Both boys were very curious…what happened to all the grass? They have seriously peed on every inch of the grass and concrete patio…what happened to their markings and scents?
They love their new backyard! How should we decorate it? Any suggestions on where to get nice, affordable patio furniture? More pics to come.
I didn’t get up early enough to take before pics so these are old ones I dug up to give you guys an idea of the backyard before we started work. There’s a whole lot of grass and barely any patio hardscape for us to use. We really wanted to have more outside living space…the Pugs want to bask.
We have been saving for a very long time to do some work on our backyard. The Puggies really enjoy a lot of hardscape to run on and don’t care much to run in the grass (snobby Puggies!). We originally contemplated some type of track since the boys seem to really enjoy the dog run/track at our friends house, however, do the the shape of our backyard, it would take up too much space and probably not the best for return on investment since only those with animals would enjoy a mini track.
The husband and I decided to go with a paved stone patio, easy for the Puggies to run on and very popular in Houston. Here are before and after photos. We didn’t get up early enough to take before photos so I dug up some old photos from way back…what do you think?
